Byakugan Rules

Those that inherit the blood of this clan have almost featureless
white eyes (Neji's and Hinata's eyes seem to have tints of blue-grey and
lavender, respectively). When the Byakugan is activated, the user's
pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge. It
also appears that unlike the other two dōjutsu, all members of the clan
possess and can use the kekkei genkai from birth, as opposed to needing
to awaken it.
The Byakugan's abilities have left it highly coveted by the other villages, as evidenced by Kumogakure's attempt to steal it during the Hyūga Affair. Ao of Kirigakure was able to obtain a Byakugan from an opponent he defeated, and goes to great lengths to protect it; at the same time, Danzō Shimura
goes to equal lengths to retrieve or destroy it. Unlike transplanted
Sharingan, Ao's Byakugan can be activated and deactivated at will.

1. There are a total of 5 Stages for the Byakugan doujutsu. Each Stage requires a certain training.
Stage 1: 150 Words for Activation

Stage 2: 300 Words for Activation
Stage 3: 600 Words for Activation
Stage 4: 800 Words for Activation
Stage 5: 1600 Words for Activation
2. Each Byakugan does a different thing. Below will show what those different stages of Byakugan are, their effects, and what they do.
Stage 1 - Activation, nothing special, beginning of Byakugan techniques.
Stage 2 - Weak Chakra Detection
Stage 3 - Strong Chakra Detection and can move around areas without physical body.
Stage 4 - Gentle Fist Techniques
Stage 5 - Strong chakra detection, gentle fist techniques, can see area around you mentally.
3. Each Stage of Byakugan requires a different shinobi level for each different stage of this doujutsu.
Stage 1 Requires: Any Rank
Stage 2 Requires: Genin or higher
Stage 3 Requires: Genin or higher
Stage 4 Requires: Chuunin or higher
Stage 5 Requires: Chuunin or higher
There has also been an experiment, located in Iwagakure, after a Jounin had captured a Byakugan from villages from all over the world. A doctor has taken the Byakugan and effected the Byakugan usage. This makes the Byakugan user able to gain effects in their Byakugan, that improves all the things from regular Byakugan. This doctor named this special type of Byakugan, Sbyakugan.
Sbyakugan
This is the additional final stage to the Byakugan sets. A certain ammount of people may obtain this stage of doujutsu.
*Stage 6* - Forsee movements, moments before it happens. The blind spot in regular Byakugan is removed, able to see in that blind spot. 5% extra damage in all Gentle Fist techniques.
How to Obtain: Get a Sbyakugan user to give it to you.
